3’s Up VBA offers (1.5 Hour) Hitting Clinic in a group setting (max 20 athletes per clinic) to athletes within the convenience of their competitive schedules. We will teach athletes the essentials of the attacking arm swing, attacking footwork, building attacking IQ in each session. All male & female athletes from ANY club aged 13U-18U years old and rostered 3’s Up VBA athletes are welcome to attend and sign up on a first-come basis.
